Chevalier College, a coeducational independent Catholic day school, Years 7 to 12, in the tradition of the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart, is seeking an innovative, dynamic and creative person able to meet the challenges of curriculum development. This is a contract position equal to 0.4FTE across the full year. The salary will be negotiated and subsidised single-person accommodation may be available. The mandatory child protection screening process will be undertaken prior to any appointment and all applicants invited for interview must provide identification documents (100 points).

The National Council of Churches in Australia is an ecumenical body comprising 17 Orthodox, Protestant, Roman Catholic and Anglican Churches. As the NCCA's chief executive officer, he or she will lead a team of some 30 staff to help Australia's Churches respond to the ecumenical vision and act together in partnership. The person appointed will have a deep commitment to the church, a clear understanding of the ecumenical movement and the theological perspectives which inform it, promotional and management skills, and sensitivity in working with people of different cultures and denominations.
Lay or ordained people with suitable qualifications and belonging to a member Church are invited to apply. The post is Sydney-based and will fall vacant from the beginning of 2009.
